Cleanses I Recommend

If you read my post a few weeks ago over at Little Natural Cottage on “The Main Cause of Disease”, you saw the order of cleansing that many recommend.

This was the cleansing order mentioned:
Colon
Parasite
Kidney
Liver/Gallbladder
Blood
Many of you requested a list of cleanses I recommend, so here it goes! ๐Ÿ™‚
While there are so many cleanses you can order on-line or pick up off a shelf, they are not all created equal!  While this list is by no means exhaustive, these are cleanses and companies I know you can trust for quality and effectiveness.  I’m sure I will add more in the future.
Colon Cleanses:
Take either the Dr. Christopher formula #1 and then #2
Or
Take Dr. Schulze formula #1 and then #2
Christopher’s Quick Colon Cleanse Formula #1
Christopher’s Quick Colon Tonic Part 2
Dr Schulze Intestinal Corrective Formula #1
Dr Schulze Intestinal Formula #2
Parasite Cleanses:
Parasite Cleanse Kit
Para-Rid
Dr. Clark Quick ParaZap
Kidney Cleanses:
Kidney Cleanse
Dr. Clark Kidney Cleanse
Liver Cleanses:
Liver Cleanse Tincture
LiverGlow
Blood Cleanse:
Dr. Christopher Blood Stream Formula

Whole Body Cleanses:
{If you do a whole body cleanse, you don’t have to do all the individual cleanses above.  Whole body cleanses tend to be harder for many to do – but it can be done. :)}
Whole Body & Colon Cleanse
Whole Body Detox
The Master Cleanse

What cleanses have you had success with?

I’ve done a candida cleanse with doTerra’s GX Assist and PB Assist. I’m about to start a heavy metal detox with cilantro essential oil and chlorella. I’m also working on eating clean and getting rid of the toxins in my house. Tough! But I know it’s worth it. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for the information about the cleanses you recommend. I have to say there are some I’ve never heard of before and some I have.

Cleansing in general is not recommended when pregnant or nursing. Mountain Meadow Herbs has a mild cleanse for the liver that is safe for pregnancy. I mention it at the very end of this post: http://jillshomeremedies.blogspot.com/2012/09/how-to-cleanse-and-heal-liver.html

Bentonite clay is also safe to take internally when pregnant and nursing. I buy mine from the Bulk Herb Store. I mention Bentonite clay in this post: http://jillshomeremedies.blogspot.com/2012/05/how-to-take-detox-bath.html

How long do I do these cleanses? Is this a once a year thing or on-going?

I just follow the instructions that come with the cleanse, and I only cleanse each organ once a year. Sometimes the circumstances of life {too much going on and I don’t want to overwhelm my body, or pregnancy, etc.} can cause me not to cleanse everything every year. I usually at least get some clay baths in if I can’t do anything else. I just do what I can!
