Since it’s important to me for my kids to eat vegetables, I need a healthy dressing that they will like to accompany their vegetables and salads.
This vinaigrette dressing is very healthy and simple to put together. I love that we are getting the amazing benefits of raw apple cider vinegar in this dressing.
Recipe:
2/3 cups olive oil
1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Whisk all ingredients together and serve! I keep this on hand all the time. The oil and vinegar separate, so it is necessary to blend it together well before each use.
This is so very simple to make and contains no sugars, MSG or high fructose corn syrup like so many store-bought dressings do.
