You’re welcome!
Brandy says
Relaxing with peace can sometimes be the most challenging part of being a homemaker. I work fulltime, but I am still my home’s homemaker. At times it is difficult to be at rest or complete peace when taking a break at home with so much I want to do.
Jill says
It is really difficult to not let a thousand things go through my head too when I’m trying to relax! I relate!
Sharon K says
I love homemaking. Hospitality tends to be the one area I struggle with the most. I want to do it and have a delightful time while it is happening, but the work it takes to be a blessing to others can often really drain me.
Jill says
I’m that way too. I have to work at hospitality because it doesn’t come natural for me!
Maureen says
I get frustrated over my lack of wisdom in dealing with everyday situations that come up!
Jill says
I hear ya! I often have to ask for wisdom myself and find that I’m greatly lacking.

On those days I’m feeling particularly drained, I don’t feel like I’m the best mama that I could be…I want to enjoy my kids to the fullest — they grow so fast!
Jill says
Yes they do! We will never regret cherishing every sweet hug and sticky kiss.
Sunshine says
I hate the feeling that I have to choose between time with my children and completing the “never-ending” list of things that need to be completed. It is tough balancing just the right amount of time homeschooling, keeping house, being mom, and wife, etc. There is seldom time left in my day to just be me.
Jill says
It is tough for me too. I’ve decided that our homeschool days have to take place 6 days a week. With the different activities we have throughout the week, we don’t always get a full day in. I try to make sure we have 2 full school days in a week, and the others 4 days consist of doing a subject or two or three a day to make sure we get it all done. This has helped me balance my housekeeping, homeschooling, activities, cleaning jobs, and writing. I discovered that if I tried to get full school days in 4 days in a row like I used to, my house suffered terribly because of the other activities that fill the days. I have accepted that it’s OK if we do school on Saturdays. This helps keep up with the housework and my writing throughout the week. Flexibility is important for those with a lot on their plate. I also try to have some down time in the evenings about twice a week reading or watching a good Hallmark movie with my girls. Relaxing every now and then and getting away from it all helps.
Wendy says
That sounds lovely.
Kim says
Encouragement for being a better homemaker………nice. Sometimes the days are long and the tasks seem unending, but it is ohhhh, so worth it!
Jill says
The work is never done for sure! I am always trying to learn how to manage my time better. And yes, worth it. 🙂
Laura R says
Patience and not getting overwhelmed!
Jill says
Me too!
Carol says
I am trying to become more organised so I won’t be stressed. I would love to win the oils to help with becoming more healthy in a natural way. Thanks for the giveaway.
Jill says
All of you all are expressing my struggles and goals exactly! I guess we homemakers face the same daily challenges. 🙂
Sarah D. says
My struggle is with the never ending child training and house work.
I like the 1st prize pack with the Norwex cloth. I’ve heard a lot of good things about those.
Jill says
I have too, but have never used them either!
Rebecca says

The area of homemaking I find most challenging is getting my girls to pick up after themselves. From the moment they wake up to the moment they go to sleep they are two little hurricanes through our small space. I would love to get them to be more responsible. Thank you for the wonderful giveaway!
Jill says
I have 4 of those female hurricanes in my small space too! lol Even though my oldest is now more responsible than in her younger years. 🙂
Annette says
I’d most like to win the 15 mL bottles of lavender, peppermint, and On Guard essential oils. I used to use essential oils a lot then I got out of the habit. So, the oils I had need to be replenished.
Jill says
Great choice!
Michelle Tucker says
Out of all the items, which are very awesome, I’d enjoy the tupperware the most. I think I find that I’m too hard on myself regarding homemaking because both my husband and I are disabled, so there are a lot of days that we just aren’t able to “do”. It is so frustrating knowing how I used to be, and knowing what things are like now. 🙁
Jill says
Blessings to you as you do all you can!
Michelle Tucker says
And sometimes I forget things altogether, and put an email address instead of my pinterest name in the box provided for those options. LOL iiiyadirf
😉
Jill says
LOL – it happens to all of us!
