Natural Remedy For Asthma

I recently put together some herbs for asthma, and made a video about it. In the video I also explain a few ways to stop an asthma attack. This formula can be used for asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, tuberculosis, etc.

P.S. My daughter isn’t saying “Owww” in the video because I hurt her, but because a cat was clawing her. :)*

Here’s Dr. Christopher’s recipe:
1 part Comfrey
1 part Mullein
1 part Chickweed
1 part Marshmallow
1 part Lobelia

You can take these herbs in one of these ways~
*Steep into a tea and drink 1 cup 3 times a day
*Grind up the herbs and sprinkle in food or put in your own capsules ~ take up to 2 caps 3 times a day
*Make a glycerin tincture and take 10-20 drops 3 times a day
*Note: This is an adult dosage, cut the amount in half for children.

Though it saves money in the long run to make your own concoctions, you can buy Dr. Christopher’s lung and bronchial in capsule form and liquid form.  I’ve used this in the past with great success.

With a good diet, herbal remedies, and reflexology, you may be well on your way to an asthma-free life!  Best wishes to you!

About a month ago, with the changing of weather etc, my daughter came down with a nasty cough in the middle of the night, and though shes had touches of asthma its never been this bad. She was having alot of trouble breathing, and she woke up crying and scared. Right away I made the lung tea Jill talks about here, and then checked her video to help me find the preasure points on my daughters back to help her find some relief. The next morning she was telling me how thankful she was for this site, and that Jill saved her life.
    Thanks Jill!!!
