My Review Of Cottage Mama’s Ebooks

I was probably one of the first people to buy Cottage Mama’s Ebooks early on November 14th when they were made available.  I couldn’t wait to have Kristy’s recipes and tips in my hand.  I love wholesome mixes and household recipes, and let me tell you that I’m not disappointed!

Because I love healthy, money-saving ideas, the Cottage Mama’s DIY Guide is probably my favorite!
I can’t wait to make my own liquid hand soap, face moisturizer, and teething cookies (my just-turned one-year old has 12 teeth!!!), just to name a few!  Have I mentioned that I love to make my own things? 🙂  It saves so much money and is healthier!

The Holiday Mixes and Gifts in a Jar are perfect for gift-giving this holiday season for Sunday School teachers, neighbors, etc.!  I look forward to making some of these for gifts this year.
Some yummy recipes include Cinnamon-Banana Muffins, Spiced Pumpkin, Homemade Breakfast Cereal, Winter Morning Mocha or Candy Cane Cocoa (plus more…).  These recipes come complete with instructions to put on a label for gift-giving.  They are also made with wholesome ingredients, and of course you can substitute ingredients if you prefer not to bake as healthy – but healthy cooking is recommended. ;).

The last ebook I purchased was Wholesome Mixes.  In this ebook, Kristy explains what whole foods are and some things she substitutes for healthier cooking.  She also shares the cost per batch for making her recipes.  From pancakes and breads to cookies, cakes and pizza dough, I can’t wait to give these recipes a try!
